Cancellation Policy
Confirmed reservations require a one-night per room deposit paid in full at the time the reservation is confirmed.
Cancellations: Regular Schedule
- Up to 14 days before arrival = Full refund
- Three days to 13 days before arrival = Full refund MINUS $25 cancellation fee.
- Less than 72 hours = 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours = NO REFUND
Cancellations: Special Event Schedule
- (Groundhog Day and other events)
- Up to 14 days before arrival = Full refund
- Three days to 13 days before arrival = 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours = NO REFUND
In the event of the death of an immediate family member or a serious illness requiring hospitalization within the “No Refund” period, arrangements can be made for credit in lieu of refund.
